A new offer for the promotion of young scientists with a focus on Gender Studies. We welcome the establishment of GRADE Center Gender!
The GRADE Center Gender is an organization within GRADE, the central scientific platform at Goethe-University for the interdisciplinary qualification of young scientists in the early stages of their career. On November 1st 2016 the committee of the Goethe-University decided to establish the GRADE Center Gender. The content of the program of the Center Gender, one of currently thirteen established GRADE Centers, is planned and carried out by the Cornelia Goether Center for Women’s and Gender Studies.
By now twelve workshops, five lecture series and one summer school have taken place. In the summer semester 2019 another five workshops, one fireside chat and one summer school are planned. The current lecture series focuses on the topic of ‘Gender under Pressure. Gender Politics in Europe’.
