The Catholic Academy Rabanus Maurus is located in the Haus am Dom. From here, it is responsible for an extensive program with around 150 events per semester in Frankfurt and other locations in the diocese.

The Catholic Academy Rabanus Maurus is at the heart of the Haus am Dom. Nine directors of studies organize panel discussions, roundtable discussions, film series, and academic conferences on current social, religious, and cultural topics. They are responsible for the subject areas of philosophy/theology, ethics/natural sciences/medicine, contemporary history and intercultural issues, work and social affairs in the One World, economics and finance, literature, art and culture, questions of worldview and the art of living, as well as world religions and new media.

Its program includes regular soirées at the cathedral, cathedral talks, theme days, lecture and film series, art tours, exhibitions, readings, and concerts.

The academy is not only responsible for discourse with the Frankfurt public. It also supports education officers in the communities and adult education staff in Wiesbaden, Montabaur, and Limburg/Hadamar.

More information is available on the Haus am Dom website (only in German).
